GO HUSKIES!

Our family is, of course, big Washington Husky fans... and our daughter has become no exception! She helped her Daddy cheer them on to a victory this past weekend. What a great game! Dylan even got a new Webkin stuffed animal and chose the Husky Dog~ Go DAWGS!

Superhero Squad

My kiddos are totally into playing superheroes together! They tie their blankets around themselves like capes and run all over the house shouting ridiculous things! Dylan absolutely LOVES that his sister is understanding the concept of imaginary play- he bosses her around like crazy and she always obliges... OK, not always! That girl's got an opinion of her own!

Upward Basketball

GO CHEETAHS! Dylan is playing in his first year of Upwards Basketball, and is having so much fun! In his first game, he stole the ball on the first play and took it down for a layup... He is always hustling and loves playing defense! During the second game he had a great assist and 3 steals! Good job Dman...

Dylan has finally lost some teeth! As Dylan entered school this year, he was quite disturbed that he still hadn't lost any baby teeth... we are happy to say that he has now lost 2 teeth, and the tooth fairy has left $1 and a book to read each time! Way cool!

My first official blog post! (Is that even what they're called?) I am excited to start this new venture... I still refuse to do FaceBook and Twitter, but hopefully this will be enough to satiate your longings to know about the Goehners! Dylan is approaching 7 and Mak is almost 2... they are growing like weeds and not a moment goes by that I don't want to remember forever! They have become such good buddies, and it blesses our hearts to see their relationship blossom...
